How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–5 days ahead for regular cleanings. For move-in/out and deep cleans, a week's notice helps us give you the best team. That said, we always try to accommodate shorter windows — just call or message us.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients leave a key, lockbox code, or garage access. Our fully vetted team works independently and securely. You're welcome to be home if you prefer, of course.

What products do you use?

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and sensitive individuals. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, just let us know and we'll accommodate them.

Are you insured?

Yes — we carry full liability insurance and all our cleaners are bonded. In the unlikely event something happens, you're completely covered. We take that responsibility seriously.

What if I'm not satisfied?

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no charge.
